Delete Account
You can request deletion of your Terravox account directly through the account deletion functionality in the Game.
What is deleted
When your deletion request is processed, Terravox deletes or takes reasonable steps to delete personal information associated with your account, including your account information, email address, username, user ID, location-related records associated with the account, stored step-count information, gameplay progress, and applicable analytics information associated with identifiers that can reasonably be deleted.
Information that may remain
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for security, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of legal rights, or compliance with applicable law. Non-personal or anonymized elements of the persistent shared game world may remain where they can no longer reasonably be linked to you.

If you cannot access the in-game deletion function, contact denyspushkar@gmail.com and state that you want to delete your Terravox account. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account.
