TERRAVOX — TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: September 19, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Terravox mobile application and related services (“Terravox”, the “Game”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Terravox is operated by Denys Pushkar. Support: support@starpath.studio General contact: denyspushkar@gmail.com By creating an account or using Terravox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Terravox. By using Terravox, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you should use Terravox only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
2. Your Terravox Account
Some features of Terravox require an account. You may create an account using:
- Google Sign-In; or
- email and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You agree not to:
- impersonate another person;
- create an account using another person’s email address or identity;
- provide intentionally false information;
- attempt to access another player’s account;
- share your authentication credentials in a way that compromises your account.
You may request deletion of your Terravox account through the account deletion functionality provided in the Game. Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
3. The Terravox Game
Terravox is a location-based strategy game in which real-world movement and geography are connected to a persistent shared game world. The Game may include:
- real-world map data;
- player movement and exploration;
- territories;
- points of interest;
- resources;
- buildings and development;
- military power;
- territory capture;
- loyalty and influence;
- Empires;
- other gameplay systems introduced from time to time.
Some gameplay functionality requires access to device location and, where applicable, step-count information through Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect. The collection and use of personal information is described in our [Privacy Policy].
4. Shared and Persistent Game World
Terravox includes a persistent shared game world in which actions performed by players may affect territories, POIs, resources and other gameplay elements. You acknowledge that:
- game progress may depend on the actions of other players;
- territories may be captured by other players;
- other players may interact with or affect territories you control;
- gameplay outcomes may change over time;
- game-world state is not guaranteed to remain unchanged.
Terravox does not guarantee permanent ownership, control, availability or exclusivity of any territory, POI, resource, Empire membership or other in-game element.
5. Fair Play
You agree to use Terravox fairly and only through the functionality provided by the Game. You must not:
- use cheats, exploits, bots, scripts, automation or unauthorized software;
- manipulate GPS or other location information to obtain an unfair gameplay advantage;
- falsify step counts or other physical-activity information;
- reverse engineer or interfere with the Service;
- attempt to access or modify another player’s data;
- interfere with servers, APIs, databases or network infrastructure;
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage;
- use multiple accounts to circumvent gameplay restrictions or penalties;
- engage in activity intended to disrupt the shared game world.
Using unauthorized methods to simulate movement or physical activity may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Real-World Safety
Terravox is designed to be played while moving through the real world. Your safety takes priority over gameplay. You are responsible for complying with local laws and exercising reasonable care when using the Game. You must not use Terravox in a manner that:
- distracts you while driving;
- requires unsafe crossing of roads or railway tracks;
- requires entering private property without permission;
- requires entering restricted or dangerous areas;
- creates a risk to yourself or other people.
Do not operate or interact with Terravox while driving, cycling in a manner that makes interaction unsafe, or performing any other activity where using your device could create a safety risk. Location-based gameplay does not give you permission to enter or access any physical location.
7. Usernames
Terravox allows you to choose a username. Your username may be visible to other players as part of the shared game world. You must not choose a username that:
- impersonates another person;
- is intended to deceive other players;
- contains unlawful, threatening, hateful or excessively offensive content;
- infringes another person’s rights;
- is intended to harass or target another player.
We may change or remove a username that violates these Terms.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Terravox to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players;
- impersonate Terravox or another player;
- interfere with another player’s use of the Service;
- exploit vulnerabilities or bugs;
- circumvent technical restrictions;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- use the Service for commercial exploitation without our permission;
- engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
We may take reasonable action where necessary to protect players, the Service, or the integrity of the shared game world.
9. Game Rules and Changes
We may modify, rebalance, remove or introduce gameplay mechanics from time to time. This may include changes to:
- resources;
- XP;
- Military Power;
- territories;
- POIs;
- combat;
- Loyalty;
- Empire systems;
- progression;
- rewards;
- cooldowns;
- other gameplay mechanics.
These changes may be necessary to maintain game balance, security, technical operation or the long-term development of Terravox. We do not guarantee that any particular gameplay mechanic, reward, territory, progression rate or feature will remain unchanged. However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
10. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep Terravox available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical problems;
- server or infrastructure failures;
- network problems;
- third-party service outages;
- security incidents;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may temporarily restrict access to particular features where necessary for maintenance, security, investigation or other legitimate operational reasons.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Terravox where reasonably necessary, including if:
- you materially violate these Terms;
- you cheat or manipulate gameplay;
- you compromise the security of the Service;
- you engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct;
- your use of the Service creates a significant risk to other users or the Service;
- suspension or termination is required by law.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before terminating access. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law. You may stop using Terravox at any time and may delete your account through the available account deletion functionality.
12. Intellectual Property
Terravox and its content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless otherwise indicated, we own or have the necessary rights to use:
- the Terravox name and branding;
- the application;
- game code;
- game mechanics as implemented in the software;
- visual assets;
- illustrations;
- 3D models;
- maps and interface elements;
- audio;
- text;
- other original content provided by Terravox.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Terravox for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:
- copy or redistribute the Game;
- modify or create derivative versions of the Game;
- extract or commercially exploit game assets;
- sell, sublicense or transfer access to the Game;
- use Terravox’s intellectual property without authorization.
Third-party content and services remain subject to their respective rights and terms.
13. Your Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, ideas or recommendations regarding Terravox, you grant us permission to use that feedback without compensation or attribution, including for improving or developing the Service. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information or other rights that cannot legally be transferred.
14. Future Features and Monetization
Terravox may introduce additional features in future versions, including paid features or in-app purchases. Any future purchases will be subject to the applicable terms displayed at the time of purchase and the rules of the relevant app store. Nothing in these Terms means that any particular future feature, purchase, subscription, virtual item or monetization system currently exists. For Version 1, Terravox does not currently offer in-app purchases.
15. Virtual Items and Game Resources
Terravox may contain virtual resources or currencies, including Gems, Gold, Food and Military Power. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are virtual elements of the Game and do not represent:
- real money;
- ownership of property;
- securities;
- cryptocurrency;
- NFTs;
- transferable financial assets.
Virtual resources have no monetary value outside Terravox and may not be sold, exchanged or transferred for real-world money unless a specific future feature expressly allows otherwise. For Version 1, Gems are not currently offered for purchase.
16. Third-Party Services
Terravox relies on certain third-party services, including services used for:
- authentication;
- backend infrastructure;
- analytics;
- attribution;
- platform functionality.
Your use of third-party platform services may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers. Terravox is not responsible for outages or failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
17. App Store Terms
If you download Terravox through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the application is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of the relevant platform. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support or maintenance for Terravox unless required by applicable law. Your relationship with Apple or Google regarding your app-store account, payments and platform services remains subject to their respective terms.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Terravox Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains:
- what information we collect;
- why we collect it;
- how location and step data are used;
- how analytics and attribution services operate;
- how account deletion works;
- your applicable privacy rights.
19. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Terravox is provided as a digital entertainment service and is subject to availability and technical limitations. We do not guarantee that:
- the Game will always be available;
- the Game will be completely free of errors or bugs;
- every feature will work on every device;
- location data will always be accurate;
- GPS or step-count information will always be available;
- gameplay results will always correspond perfectly to real-world conditions.
Terravox is not a navigation, emergency, medical, fitness, or safety service. You should not rely on Terravox for navigation, emergency information, medical decisions, or personal safety.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of Terravox. This may include loss resulting from:
- temporary Service interruptions;
- loss of gameplay progress;
- device or network problems;
- third-party service failures;
- unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
21. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived. EU rules provide consumers with certain rights concerning digital content and digital services, including remedies where a digital service does not conform to the applicable legal requirements. Where applicable, mandatory local law will prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Game or another appropriate channel. Your continued use of Terravox after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may stop using Terravox and delete your account.
23. Governing Law
These Terms and your relationship with Terravox are governed by the laws of Austria, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of habitual residence where those protections apply regardless of the chosen law.
